What is the retreat fee, what does it cover, and when is the deadline?
The Early Bird registration fee is $160.00 and ends on March 1. After this date the registration fee increases to $180.00. The deadline is April 15th or when all spots are full. There is a discounted $100 registration fee for current full-time students.
The retreat fee covers lodging for two nights, all sessions, prayer services, materials, and meals. We will serve hors d'oeuvre on Friday night (please eat dinner before you arrive), breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday morning.
Is there a cancellation/refund policy?
We cannot issue refunds, but you can look to sell (or gift) your ticket to your friends.
What are the sleeping accommodations?
The accommodations are dorm/camp style with 4 to 8 bunk beds per room and shared bathrooms. The rooms are modest but comfortable with air conditioning, heat, private showers, and a lounge for visiting with friends. You will need to bring your own bedding, towels, and toiletries.
How long is the retreat?
Check-in will be Friday from 6:00-7:00 p.m. We will depart on Sunday at Noon.
Can I bring my nursing baby?
Due to the set up of our cabins, we have an extremely limited number of rooms that can accommodate moms and babies. To check if there are any rooms for nursing moms and babies (under 6mo) available please email camptekakwitha.womensretreat@gmail.com after you complete your registration.
